Exchanges and Returns Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund. Please call for return authorization. (Shipping charges will not be refunded.) If you would like to exchange an item, please call us to discuss other items that can fulfill your needs.

Payment Options We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cashier's check, personal check* The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is shipped. *We will be happy to accept your personal checks; however, shipping will be delayed by five business days from receipt of the check to ensure that the check clears.

Shipping Methods Please allow 24 - 48 hours to process orders until they are shipped. All orders sent are U.S. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless specified otherwise. Free 3 day shipping (U.S. priority mail) on orders above $50. Overnight delivery also available, charges vary for each order. You can see shipping options during the checkout process.

Sales Tax If your shipping address is outside the state of IL, you don't have to pay sales tax! If your shipping address is located within IL we are required to charge 8.75% sales tax.
